Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags attached and proof of purchase.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Customized or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless faulty.
